In General

By using our service you agree that your card on file will be billed at an interval that you specify.  You also agree that we may update pricing with a 30-day notice for adjustment for sales tax, regulatory fees, and/or automatic service upgrades.  We will give advance notice by email of any price change and allow for opting-out of a service before a scheduled pricing update.

You also agree that we may amend our terms of service at any time with a 30-day notice.  Notice will be given in the form of an update to this page, and any changes will go into effect immediately for new users, and after 30 days for current users.  If at any time you do not agree with these terms, you should do so in writing.

Indemnification

Events Beyond Weather Talk LLC Inc.'s Control. Weather Talk LLC shall not be held responsible for any failure or malfunction in power or communications nor the failure or refusal of third party transmission intermediaries to perform, continue or renew their contractual arrangements with Weather Talk LLC, nor inability to perform occasioned by such or by labor strife, war, riot, terrorism, natural disasters, severe weather or other events beyond the control of Weather Talk LLC. The unavailability of Software, Data or Documentation from Weather Talk LLC's Providers shall not be considered a disruption of services and shall not affect the obligations of Licensee hereunder.
